Can you source a specific watch for me?
We would love to talk to you about any watch you are looking to purchase! We process a high volume of watches, and the watch you are looking for may already be in our system. Please Contact a Client Advisor and they will let you know if we have the watch in inventory, or if we are able to source the watch for you. You can also add a watch to your wishlist on the website or our mobile app to check and see if the watch you are looking for has come in stock.

Will the strap fit my wrist?
Strap sizes can vary; however most watches we post are sized for the average wrist size. If you are unsure if a watch will fit your wrist, please contact your Client Advisor for sizing information.

Where can I look for information on the order I placed?
Your Order Confirmation email contains the detail of your order including order number. You also get a tracking number from which you can track your order.

Can l pay with my VISA/Mastercard card?
We encourage people to use Bitcoin and Western Union, howeverwe process Paypal/Visa/MasterCards for limited times. If you did not find the option available,come back another time and pleasecontact customer service.

How can I make changes to my account details?
To make changes to your account, first, log in to your account. There you will have the option to modify your account details. Once you have updated your data, please ensure that you save your changes.
